I'd only do Outlands if we do rp_apocalypse.
and before i hear from lone or some other asskisser that "it's so uncanon it doesn't fit!!!", well, why did we get so many players from using it?
Bill Cosby: 1
but i still personally think we should only start hl2rp after the hl2rp v2 or whatever comes out, for now we'll have fun with ace or whatever other shit we do.

Are you using Cry of Fear textures? Jesus Christ I know some of those are Metro textures but you made them look terrible. You didn't add any color to lighting what so ever at all, it also looks EXTREMELY blocking as well and has no charm to it at all. The door is obviously a sprite, along with the windows just being a part of the texture. They are just giant blocks with some sloped brushes around them as you've said, but honestly it doesn't take much to even have them look of character. Also why the fuck are the buildings still intact if this takes place in Metro, the fucking city Moscow was nuked to SHIT. Your lighting is also shit, you aren't using the light maps in it and there is NO color what so ever to them at all as you are just changing the angle of them. Lights have fucking colors to them, giving them a yellow or blue tint adds so much to them. You aren't even using light spots. I see a ton of lighting errors too due to the lack of optimization within the blocks themselves such as them not having ANY no draws what so ever which causes a fuck load of errors to them. Textures are also misaligned and are very, very, very dull looking and unappealing to the eye. Also whats up with that door model? That decal on the wall also makes no complete sense as its not even weathered, covered in snow, ETC.
So lets take some of the things you did wrong and put them in a nice list
Also turn up your AA so your screenshots don't look like complete shit, no one cares if you lag like shit when taking it because you can just turn it off after you take them.

I believe it accurately represents Faggit's rule of random shitvoting.
oh fuck i voted you down hypocrite huahurrhruar
personally just having upvotes is not abused as much, and we can just have the moundpound option and that's it and we don't need to be basing eachother's opinions based on a fucking button, but by actually, you know, posting

Well what Drescher said was for the most part right.
Also lemme ask, did you make a concept of your level. What I mean is a basic guide to the making of your level. Overall people mostly like to make a Top down orthographic view of what their level will look like.
Working on a level in motion, as in just making it up as you go along is terrible. Never do it. If you are, you are nob. You need a... plan, so to say.
Here are other complaints.
1) You need to start with dev textures, period. The "Walls being too thick", and in my opinion walls being too high problems would be easily avoided if you used dev textures before diving straight into the detail textures.
2) Going on from the last thing, you lack consistency, and you need to understand how modern day architecture works to get the best result. The tiling of the brick texture on the second building is nowhere near how grey cobble scales in real life for instance (The texture on the right building is the proper scale, but the texture is so low res that... it's shit). As Drescher said, the walls are way to damn thick.
3) Overall I hate the textures. I hate them like, overall how crappy they are, and I hate how they are inconsistent (The two buildings outside have the same texture, but why does one of them have a smaller tiling factor?). I suggest learning how to import custom ones to the editor. CGTextures has a great repository for these. And finally keep your damn consistency.
4) That's an nice hole in the center of the room... please tell me you didn't use the Carve function for that.
Overall meh really. It's a WIP so I expected it to be crap. Get to work.
Also is that a fucking picnic table in a house? .-.
